川普日前批評中國與北韓貿易太過密切。（美聯社）

〔即時新聞／綜合報導〕美國總統川普日前不滿中國與北韓貿易在第一季度增加40%，質疑北京未盡力約束平壤發展核武。中國海關總署今天反駁，自北韓進口總值已連4個月下滑，美方應該客觀看待中國與北韓貿易成長情況。

綜合中媒報導，川普質疑中國與北韓的貿易關係，對此中國海關總署發言人黃頌平表示，今年上半年對北韓出口總值16.7億美元，年增29.1%、進口總值8.8億元，年減13.2%；進出口總值25.5億美元，年增10.5%。這項數據與川普稱的中國與北韓雙邊貿易成長40%有段差距。

黃頌平強調，美方應「客觀看待」中國與北韓貿易成長情況，且中國自北韓進口總值已連4個月下滑，以美元來計價3月年減36.5%，4月年減41.6%，5月年減31.6%，6月年減28.9%。

另外黃頌平也提到，中國執行聯合國安理會決議，在2月19日就已停止從北韓進口煤炭，在今年至2月18日自北韓進口267.8萬噸煤炭，年減74.5%。他也補充，中國與北韓保持「正常的經貿往來」沒有什麼不對，中方已全力執行聯合國對北韓的制裁，但與民生有關的貿易，特別是「體現人道主義原則的貿易活動」不該受到制裁影響。
